Dressed in tartan and punk outfits, intimately close to the audience on an improvised stage surrounded by bleachers, the dancers perform a fluid and playful dance to the beat of a sound collage combining reggae, klezmer, heavy metal and classical music. Sparkling with cheeky energy, Kamuyot appeals to the mischievousness, freedom and playfulness of all children, whether they’re 5 or 80 years old. An authentic, inventive, jubilant exchange.
