Redefining the codes.

Each year, Danse Danse supports artists by making rehearsal spaces available, thereby allowing them to deepen several aspects of their creative work. Choreographer Victor Quijada and his company RUBBERBAND, will be in residence at Théâtre Maisonneuve at Place des Arts.

Fascinated by the raw dynamics of hip hop / break and by the purity of classical formalism, Victor Quijada and his dancers will explore the transitioning of the body from vertical to horizontal, the division of space using the body, decision making and use of rhythmic variations.

Follow the artists in residence on  Facebook and Instagram. This will be the privileged opportunity to get an inside look at the creative process and learn more about the professional dance world.

Not accessible to the public.

Follow the artists in residence on Facebook and Instagram and subscribe to our bulletin newsletter.
