Ten dancers navigate tableaus imagined by several renowned Quebec-based choreographers who rival each other’s energy so that the pleasure of movement overtakes the stage. Striking a fine balance between contemporary dance and pop culture, the show gives rise to a boundless enthusiasm in search of art, refinement, and all that dazzles. The ascension culminates in an explosion that is as virtuosic as it is contagious. Set to the beat of electrifying music, the show reminds us that it is always time to dance since it is always Minuit quelque part.
